Most of our locations offer a fitness-oriented class that is fitness oriented and centered on martial arts. Classes consist of strength training in functional fitness, combining the use of stability balls, resistance bands, medicine balls and bosu balls with core strength fitness exercises. We integrate kickboxing skills into a fun, highly energetic class that will hone your strength and fitness to get you in the best shape of your life. *Look for this program at a location near you.
