An Arashi-Do Muay Thai School

Muay Thai is referred to as “The Science of Eight Limbs”, as the hands, shins, elbows, and knees are all used extensively in this martial art. A master practitioner of Muay Thai has the ability to execute strikes using eight points of contact, instead of the two points (fists) in Western boxing and four points (fists and feet) used in other forms of martial arts.

Lom Pa Yu is the Muay Thai branch of Arashi-Do Martial Arts. For over 20 years, we have been affiliated with Lamai Camp in Koh Samui, Thailand under the World Muay Thai Council. Our professional Muay Thai instructors combine competitive experience and this traditional Thai training to help you develop your skills as they guide you through our structured curriculum.

You will improve your fitness in a fun, fast-paced class while learning how to use punches, kicks, knees and elbows for fun, competition and self-defense. Even if you are not training to fight in the ring, you will train like a fighter. Putting on gloves and hitting pads as hard as you can is one of the most satisfying ways to get in shape.

Looking to take your Muay Thai training to the next level? Train like a fighter and get in the best shape of your life. Our competitive program will take you through intense but safe training to get you ready for the ring. Muay Thai competition is about getting hit and returning fire, sticking it out and giving it your all when you think that you have none left to give. See what you can accomplish as you work your way towards those competitive goals.

Why Choose Arashi-Do Muay Thai?

My daughter has been enrolled in tiny thaigers since February and she loves it. The instructors are highly experienced and knowledgeable; they are able to teach the fundamentals while keeping classes fun and varied for the kids. There is a warm family atmosphere at arashi-do; the staff and instructors are friendly and inviting. There seems to be an emphasis on confidence and team-building. The facility itself is always clean. I would recommend Arashi-do to any parent looking to enroll their child in martial arts.
