Top notch BJJ instruction for all age groups (there isn't a better kids program in Central Alberta, guaranteed) . Coaches here are committed and knowledgeable and invested in their students. I've trained in alot of martial art gyms around the world and few compare in atmosphere and demeanor to whats provided here.
