I started training Muay Thai / Kickboxing with Sensei Dean Forsyth at Arashi-Do Sylvan Lake many years ago. I did this with my wife for a number of years until Sensei Dean retired. We returned a few years later with Renshi Ken Sumner as head instructor. We instantly felt welcome and loved the school. I have kept up since with extreme consistency and I look forward to continuing my training and the martial arts lifestyle that comes with it.
