Khun Cale Goodman

Cale Goodman - Springbank

On October 2008, I was 31 years old and just starting a small family.   My son had just been born in
January and life was settling into a very comfortable routine.  A little too comfortable.  10 years into a
successful career which involves sitting in front a computer for 8 hours a day was starting to take its
physical toll on my body.  It was time to find a work out regime that I actually enjoyed doing and
Springbank Arashi-Do Muay Thai filled that roll completely.

Classes with Kru Puh Chwy Trevor Clark are high energy and high impact mentally and physically.
With scheduled classes ranging from one on one to groups of 15 or more individuals, the social
setting is fun and challenging.  I thrived training my body to move through calculated drills,
combinations and choreographed forms designed by the founders at Arashi-Do.  I mentally grew
stronger in self confidence as I pushed myself to take part in the many club sparring tournaments and
scheduled gradings.  Martial arts had entered my life and I was hooked.

Fast forward 13 years and Arashi-Do Muay Thai is a major part of my life.  I have the privilege to
instruct a group of energetic Tiny Thaigers and courageous Jr. Muay Thai students along side Kru
Trevor.  Both my son and my 7-year-old daughter now take part in Muay Thai classes.  The motor
skills, self confidence, aggression knowledge, and self discipline they learn, is an experience that will
benefit them in all aspects of their lives.

Learn. Train. Excel.

Martial Arts excellence for 35+ years
