Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, new location in Bowden, and a new year to look forward to!

So many of us just drift through life not really sure of where to go or what to do. We play the role of a good citizen, go to school, get a job, get married, have kids etc. For those that are younger, the biggest enemy is idleness. It is too easy to stay laying down on the couch with no aspirations or dreams to achieve anything special. Taking up something new and embracing it is an investment in yourself! Learning a new skill only adds to who you are and in the case of Martial Arts, it is great for building character. Martial Arts teaches you the values of staying focused and committing to something that makes you a better, stronger, more confident self. For those that have already passed that part of their life; as the kids are growing up we guide and encourage them to stay focused and work towards building something better for themselves, maybe something we had wished to have done for ourselves. But it’s not too late to start something new. To have a goal and start the process of learning again… to admit that it is ok that you don’t know everything and enjoy the youthful excitement of discovering something new. Arashi Do Martial Arts offers a wide variety of classes and times to help you be the person you want to be. If you have a goal we will help you achieve it. If you are uncertain, come talk to me, I will help you find something to get excited in again. (403-809-0245)
