Hello there! My name is Sean Presiloski and I started training in martial arts in 2009. I started with Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, pretty late in the game (at 27, better late than never), and I am now a 3 stripe purple belt. I started Muay Thai in 2010 and travelled to Thailand, where I trained and competed for 6 months, then returned to my Arashi Do home, where I’ve kept it going. I’ve always felt a huge benefit from having martial arts in my life. Once I started, I was hooked. To this day I have the same goal, which is to be better than I was the day before. Getting in shape, having fun, learning self defense, making great friends, etc.. is icing on the cake and is something that keeps me motivated. Teaching is a passion of mine (I love learning new things then sharing that knowledge) especially since I teach guitar full time and that has helped me in the application department of martial arts. I think whether you’re young or old, short or tall, skinny or big, you should add that missing puzzle piece (martial arts) to your life!
